I was inspired to make Spaghetti with Turkey and Veggie meatballs with MR. O'S SAUCE. It took me less than 30 minutes to complete. Although, you can use any good African red sauce in place of the MR. O’S SAUCE, I would love it if you used MR. O'S SAUCE & OIL. You only need to add the desired complementary ingredient like oregano, basil, etc. Try it today! Your family will love you for it!
Ingredients:
I box (8 oz) spaghetti
I lbs. of lean ground turkey (93% lean)
Half a cup of Panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper (chopped into the desired size)
¼ cup of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
6-7 fresh sage (chopped into the desired size)
One egg, beaten
One clove of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon kosher salt and ground black pepper
6-8 oz MR. O'S SAUCE
One tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Instruction:
Cook Spaghetti for six minutes (or as directed by the package). Drain water and rinse with cold water.
Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, peppers, parsley, oregano, basil, sage, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, red bell pepper, and two-three tablespoons of MR. O’S SAUCE—shape mixture into desired meatball size. The sauce is the secret to your golden brown and moist meatballs.
Place all the meatballs into a flat pan covered with a nonstick parchment paper and heat at 375 for 30 minutes until golden.
Combine your golden-brown meatballs with MR. O'S SAUCE in a cooking pan. Add a little water for desired consistency.
Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Shake the pot occasionally until done (at 165 F)
Add pasta to the cooking pan and mix the mixture until the spaghetti is well mixed with sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley as you desire.
Enjoy!
